Kindly give your offer about a single room ( studio room, something like a hotel room...)  for one person.  Location in a quiet and safe place, maybe near turist area or beaches. Equipped with aircon, shower, refrigirator, double size bed, table .......
I will come on 4th of JANUARY 2011 . ( I will stay for 3 months and later need maybe a bigger apartment or house)
